At DBC Brokerage, your complete satisfaction is our priority. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the asset is returned in its original condition. Please note: refund eligibility is voided by any buyer-induced damage.

1. Return Initiation

To begin a return:

  • Notify our team within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • Contact us before 5:00 PM CDT

  • Our customer service representatives will guide you through the streamlined return process

2. Return Exclusions

The following items are ineligible for return:

  • Modified or altered vehicles

  • Assets currently serving as loan collateral

  • Units with accident-related damage

We maintain these policies to ensure the quality and integrity of our inventory while protecting all parties.

3. Refund Processing

Upon receipt of returned items:

  • Refunds are processed immediately

  • Allow 1-3 business days for bank processing

  • Timing depends on your financial institution’s procedures
