To begin, please create an account to access our extensive inventory. You may either place a bid or use the “Buy It Now” option for immediate purchase. Our team is available 24/7 to assist with any transaction or shipping inquiries.
What is the registration process?
Click the “Login/Register” link in the navigation menu, then select “Register Now” to complete your account setup. Our secure registration form ensures a seamless experience. Once registered, you can browse our inventory and start bidding on available vehicles.
Are there any registration fees?
No, registration is completely free for both individuals and dealers. We aim to provide an inclusive and transparent platform for all users.
Are there additional fees beyond the purchase price?
No hidden fees apply. The total cost consists solely of the winning bid or “Buy It Now” price, plus any applicable delivery charges.
Can I inspect or pick up the vehicle before bidding?
Due to restrictions from lien holders, in-person inspections and pickups are unavailable. However, we offer a 14-day inspection period post-purchase, during which you may return the vehicle for nearly any reason.
What are the delivery fees?
We provide complimentary delivery within the first 500 miles. For distances beyond that, a fee of $1 per mile applies.
Where are the vehicles located?
Our inventory is spread across the United States. Each listing specifies the vehicle’s location in the description. Rest assured, we facilitate secure and hassle-free delivery to your preferred destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We exclusively accept bank-to-bank transfers for repossessed vehicles. Credit/debit cards and PayPal are not supported. Upon winning an auction or selecting “Buy It Now,” our team will provide the necessary transfer details. Prompt payment ensures a smooth transaction.
Is financing available?
No, we require full payment before releasing any repossessed vehicle. Please ensure you have secured the necessary funds before making a purchase.
Am I responsible for return shipping if I reject the vehicle?
No, return delivery is free of charge for all rejected items. We prioritize quality and transparency in every transaction.
How does the 14-day return policy work?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund, processed within 24 hours of your request—no questions asked.
