At DBC Brokerage, we maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols. Our inspection team, comprised of Master ASE Technicians and ASE-Certified mechanics, performs comprehensive evaluations on every vehicle. Our selective standards result in only 20% of inventory qualifying for auction.

As a premier repossessed vehicle auction platform, we stand behind our 14-day satisfaction guarantee. All assets are guaranteed to match their online descriptions. For specific inquiries regarding vehicle eligibility, our team remains available to assist.

Payment Policy

For transaction security, we exclusively accept bank wire transfers. Please note we cannot process cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal, or cashier’s checks. Successful bidders will receive detailed payment instructions via email, including:

  • Recipient banking details

  • Routing information

  • Unique wire reference number

Delivery Services

Upon payment verification, our logistics team will promptly coordinate delivery:

Return Policy

14-Day Refund/Reject Policy

We are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction, and therefore, all purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. However, the asset must be returned in its original condition, as any damage caused by the buyer will void the refund eligibility.
